Consider a trip to the spa

This is Miraval.

One of my favorite destination spas.

Not only is it in a gorgeous setting in Arizona,

With beautiful accomodations

like this Catalina Villa

They also have delicious healthy food.

And they let you drink wine.

So call that "spa light" if you want, but I call it wonderful!
