Jamaica Sojourn

 Have you been wanting to try something different?  Do you want to go to the other side of the island?

I did.  And so I flew into Montego Bay, rented a car, and drove two hours over some beautiful mountains to the retreat that is Jakes Hotel.

Moorish fun.  And a dog.

Whimsy in the outdoor shower.

Delicious farm to table fare in the restaurant.  Full moon dinners at a local farm.

This terrace.  Which is pretty much as close to the ocean as it gets.

Did I mention there's a second floor porch with cushions and day beds?
