Becky Lamb has been in the travel business for 18 years.
She loves to float in the crystal blue Caribbean Sea, read a book in a hammock and finish the day with a great meal.
She loves to wander the crooked streets of small Italian towns and slurp homemade pasta in a tiny café.
She loves to eat a warm croissant in the early morning light of Paris.
She loves a long sea side lunch in a taverna on Mykonos.
She loves to sail down the Nile, marvel at the antiquities, and visit the hotels in which Agatha Christie wrote her novels.
She loves to hike in virgin rainforests in Costa Rica, swim in gorges in Dominica, and have a massage by the Bosporus Sea.
She loves adventure, new experiences, great food and beauty.
Her business has been built on referrals by satisfied clients.
Her goal is to make your trip a source of lifetime memories.
Carol Bayliss
TRAVEL CONSULTANT
Carol is a native Atlantan, a Georgia Peach and an Auburn graduate. She taught Middle School for 31 years and adored her students, but always loved her summers off when she could pursue her love of travel.
Having a second home on Florida’s panhandle kindled her love for the beach. Her first trip to Grand Cayman opened her eyes to the beauty of the Caribbean… water so blue she thought they had to put dye in the water to make it that color! Thus began her quest to see more beaches… Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Bermuda, the Bahamas, the Hawaiian Islands, Riviera Maya/Cancun.
Her love of travel took her to several places she never dreamed she’d see, such as the south of Italy, Crete, Turkey and Greece.
Carol’s favorite island continues to be Aruba. A lovely breeze so you are never hot, no fear of Hurricanes during the Fall months, and friendly people. They don’t call it “A Happy Little Island” for nothing.
Carol likes to work with the rest of the staff here at Becky Lamb Travel to find the best places to stay, eat, drink and just enjoy beatuty on each and every itinerary she puts together for her clients. Carol likes to say, “If I can let you see the beauty, hear the peace and feel the serenity I found in the islands, my job is done.”
Joanna Lamb
TRAVEL CONSULTANT
Joanna Lamb never thought she would be working at Becky Lamb Travel, but after a year of selling luxury cars her lifelong interest in the travel industry resurfaced.
Joanna has traveled since she was very little, and has lived in Milan, Paris, New York City, Los Angeles, and the Bay area. She loves finding new adventures and meeting new people along the way! She looks forward to continuing to expand her horizons through travel and hopes to help others do the same.

Deidre Menefee
TRAVEL CONSULTANT
Deidre loves to travel and, even though she lives at the beach, she still enjoys discovering more…
Deidre married her husband Ford on the island of Anguilla. From there, she’s gone on to visit several other islands, including Barbados, the Bahamas, St. Maartin, St. Barts, Aruba, and the island list goes on and on!
Quite the Mexico specialist, she’s visited Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita, Cabo San Lucas, Cancun, Cozumel and Playa Del Carmen. Whether it’s catching her first Marlin or swimming with stingrays, Deidre loves a good travel adventure.
She loves the water and adventure, but she’s a city girl too. New York, Boston, San Francisco and Miami are favorites.
Her goal is for clients to experience breath-taking trips that they will remember for a lifetime!
Jennifer Wallin
TRAVEL CONSULTANT
Jennifer’s travel experience comes from the fashion industry, where she spent 10 years as an agent and director, booking accomodations for models all over the world.
She is especially fond of anywhere with white sand and calm, cystal blue water. She also loves bustling New York City with its Broadway get-away weekends.
With a busy 3-year-old daughter at home, Jennifer looks forward to living vicariously through her clients as she makes their travel dreams become reality.
Ruthie Weil
TRAVEL CONSULTANT
Ruthie became interested in travel and other cultures at an early age being exposed to international visitors through her father’s business. She has enjoyed traveling for education and for pure pleasure. Ruthie studied abroad in London and Costa Rica. She has enjoyed a wide array of travel from rustic adventure in Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons to music and educational experiences in Prague to sailing the crystal blue waters of Turks and Caicos.
Travel can be a wonderful opportunity for family bonding, a chance for educational or cultural enrichment, or to simply relax. Whatever your desires are for your personal travel, Ruthie looks forward to helping you place your perfect trip.
Melanie Sapp

Melanie had an “ah-ha!” moment when she happened upon a postcard one day: Work can be fun or drudgery. I choose fun! So, she shelved a lively but hectic career in public relations to try her hand doing things that sounded interesting. Enter Becky Lamb, and what began as another set of hands to organize group trips, grew into a regular gig as Becky Lamb Travel became the go-to agency for people looking for a super special travel experience.
Melanie is calm in a crisis, gets answers lickety-split, and smoothes the hassles so we all stay focused on fun.
Lauren Youngblood
TRAVEL CONSULTANT
In 2005, Lauren first discovered her love for the world and its various cultures through the Florida State University Study Abroad Program in Valencia, Spain. Since then she has taken her international travels throughout Western Europe, Canada, and the Caribbean.
Lauren has spent the last six years teaching World History, but has decided to maximize her skill set and passion for travel by joining the team at Becky Lamb Travel. Her attention to detail is a great asset to developing the best vacations for her clients.
Her priorities when traveling are fabulous food, personalized service and a worry free atmosphere every step of the way! She strives for all her clients to have that same level of satisfaction and treats each trip as if it were her own.
